Cheapest DX9 Gaming Set - First Glance

When all parts finally arrived i am able to build my PC, configure it and install first OS. I think that everything went way better than expected.

At first i put everything into right slots in Motherboard (CPU, RAM, GPU, HDD), then i zip-tied my custom cooler onto CPU (zip ties gonna save humanity one day, i tell you). Last step was to power everythng on by connecting PSU to all components.

After a while i was able to power my set on and it runs perfectly! DELL BIOS post greeted me with some errors, like unnability to find front panel, cpu fan (connected directly to PSU) or temperature sensor. But simply by pressing F1 i could go directly to boot screen.

Everything seem to work fine, so i installed Windows 7 Pro from USB, then i installed all the important drivers and for now on my setup works just fine!

In the next entry i'll write about testing my Frankenstein's Monster - PCMark, 3DMark and of course my favourite DX9 games. Stay tuned an follow my blog!
